GENERAL INFO ON ORDERING AND FAQ’S
When emailing for a quote, if possible please include the following:

Number of garments

Garment colour(s)

Garment sizes
-
Garment type (T-Shirt, Long Sleeve, Hoody etc…)

Garment Brand (Gildan, No Sweat, Fruit Of The Loom etc...)

How many colours your design is
-
Print size (We can print up to A3 in size)

Print location (Front, Back, Sleeves etc...)
-
A mockup of the design is super helpful too!
What ink do you use?
Our standard is High opacity plastisol ink which is long lasting and will not wash out.
Do you charge extra for front & back prints?
Additional prints positions will be charged at extra cost. We have to print each shirt side individually so will be charged as 2 print locations.
Where can you print?
Standard placements for print are full front, front breast, full back. We can also print on sleeves and inside neck.
I have emailed for a quote, What happens next?
You will receive an email containing an invoice with payment details to pay for your order. When payment has been sent we will confirm everything you and go ahead with your order.
What format should I send my Artwork?
Please send all art as a high res PDF, photoshop file or jpeg at 300 dpi and at the actual print size or bigger than you want to see your design appear on the shirts. If you are unsure of the actual print size, send your art in a high resolution file and we can re size your art this end to the required size.
Delivery
Do you ship overseas?
We ship to all EU countries & some outside of the EU. If you have issues ordering to your country it's best to contact us & let us know.
What courier & how long?
We normally ship UK orders using Parcelforce on a 48hr service.
Do I have to pay customs charges?
Customers in NON-EEC countries will be responsible for all customs charges imposed by that country. We cannot predict what these may be... you may want to check out your local customs office to find out more before ordering from us.
What is your turnaround time?
Turnaround time is usually 10 working days from the date of confirmed payment. A rush order service is often available, just let us know your deadline before ordering and we can more the likely work something out.
