No Sweat’s own line of T-shirt and other garments are based on solidarity with garment workers. While more and more brands are switching to organic cotton and other sustainable fabrics, few are serious about ensuring a real living wage for the workers that make them. Not only do we ensure a living wage, we donate 5% from every sale of our wholesale garments to a Garment Workers Solidarity Fund, that is designed to support workers in the sweatshops industry organising their own struggle for their rights. The remainder of the profits is equally split between Oporajeo, the garment factory that makes our clothes and No Sweat’s campaign work promoting an end to sweatshop labour.
